This page provides a brief Introduction to the Security Startup
Self-diagnostic Tool (SSST). The tool will ask you a series of questions regarding security
related issues, and then prepare a preliminary security status review based on your answers.
The questions are based on the new IMO security regulations for ships and port facilities.
The tool is simple and easy to use. You can access the tool right
now by Creating an Account and LOGGING IN, or if you would
like more details on how the program works, you can find them here.
You can click on the underlined terms to see detailed definitions.
You may also find it helpful to print this page for later reference
while using the tool.
